"Clay came for the estimate shortly after I made the appointment.  He was right on time.  He took a thorough look at our current equipment which was 21 years old.  He suggested several options to improve heat and air flow and to make the units more efficient. <br /> He is very approachable and answered all the questions and concerns I had and was very good at explaining the "why" and the "how". He also mentioned the energy rebates that were available. <br /> He quoted me a price separately for the upstairs and downstairs units and told me that we could chose to have each one installed at a different time. <br /> We chose to have both units replaced at the same time and Clays workers showed up early on the Monday. <br /> Mike and Ryan were very professional and punctual throughout the whole duration of the job.  They were very careful to lay down drop cloths on floors and stairways.  They were very polite, courteous and always available to answer questions or address concerns. <br /> Due to snow and ice, the work took la little longer than expected, but Clay or his foreman John came by every day to inspect and even offered us space heaters if it got to be too cold in the house while the work was being done. <br /> The final cost was exactly what Clay had quoted, and he was very accommodating. <br /> We are extremely satisfied with the service and the quality of the equipment installed.  Our heaters work so much faster and more efficiently than the old ones. They will be sending workers closer to the summer to make sure the Air Conditioning is working properly as well. <br /> We are very happy with the service provided and would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend Clays Climate Control. <br /> Mike and Ryan did an excellent job and were always very concerned that things were being done right. <br />"

"Firstly, I should say Bob arrived exactly on schedule for the initial review and estimate. <br /> <br />We got three estimates (including Rightway) and Bob's solution was the most thorough and even accommodated placing the sump pump in a position that allowed us to keep our base cabinets in the laundry room.  <br /> <br />Thanks to Angie's List, all three providers were professional, each having a unique remedy. <br /> <br />Bob scheduled our work for less than a week after we recontacted him and signed the contract.  That's amazing.  The others were 2 and 3 weeks out or couldn't give an estimated time for scheduling the work. <br /> <br />I think it's important to mention that Rightway (Bob) was the only provider who offered both a lifetime warranty on the work AND the pump.  That is huge.  However, all three did offer (1) transference of their specific guarantee.  Therefore, if we sell our home, the guarantee could be transferred to the new owners.  Again, this is huge. <br /> <br />On the day of the work, Rightway sent Bernie to our home.  Again, right on schedule.  When I tell you Bernie was polite, professional, and an extremely hard worker, that's an understatement.  He introduced himself, shook my hand and began work.  He reiterated the plan and walked me through it step by step before beginning.  He saw one possible challenge and said he would think about how to address it as he was working toward that step.  Thinking and developing solutions on the spot shows me Bernie is well versed in his trade.  Throughout the process, Bernie would dispatch me to explain the step he just finished and the step he was starting.  He kept me informed throughout.  I am not a hoverer when work is being done on my home.  However, I am interested and was pleased he kept me involved.  It helped me to understand the process. <br /> <br />Rightway sent other men to the job as well to handle various stages of the work.  They too were hard workers.  And, when they finished their responsibilities, Rightway had them off to another job site and another project.  This tells me Bob knows how to manage his resources.  There was no down time.  Even when I ordered Bernie a large pizza, he didn't eat it until the work was done and the site cleaned.  This is hard work.  Nothing easy about it.  But Bernie exemplifies everything good about the working class in this country; hardwork, dedication, resourcefulness and professionalism. <br /> <br />We haven't had any rain (go figure) since the work was done.  However, given the overall experience with Rightway, we are not dreading the rainstorm.  We invite it!  <br /> <br />We will send an update once we get rain and let you know how we faired. <br />"

"Two River Group discussed the results of mold testing that was done on a home inspection for a home we were buying... I had done my own research and knew what the issues were beforehand They were on the money with the discussion did not under or overestimate the issue. The came as planned on time did the work in a methodical manner. The repair or the Sheetrock that needed replacement was excellent actually better then the original I have just contracted with the to replace basement window wells and remediate a basement water issue Glad I have found this company !!"

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
