"I had Eric and Chase from Big Game Electric handle the electrical work for my new outdoor kitchen, and they did an outstanding job! From start to finish, they were meticulous, making sure every detail was done right to achieve a perfect setup. They didn’t just follow a checklist—they went above and beyond, offering expert suggestions on products and solutions that fit my specific needs and enhanced the space. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality really made a difference. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for skilled, reliable electricians who care about getting it right!"

"

The service went well and I was very pleased. He kept contact very well. He had to take time off an he made sure to call me and tell me when he was coming out. He made sure that I knew what exactly was going on. They were very professional, they seem to be knowledgeable and they have good rating with the BBB. The price was excellent and they were very professional.

"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
