The discussion we had with them included under what eventuality they would charge us more (if the pipe was deeper than some depth), and when it was deeper, the charged extra what they said they would before they started digging. They did a nice job with the landscaping after the pipe was replaced. <br /> All in all, a good experience. Would recommend. <br />"
