"Everything went really, really well. Jason came out promptly and was able to start the work on my schedule which was fantastic. The work was done much faster than I ever thought it could be done. He even did some extra flattening of the floor that I did not expect which was a huge help. I also needed him to do some general construction work in one of the bathrooms and not only did he do the work well, he did it with my input. We've worked with people before who insisted their way was the only way but he gave me his ideas and also took what I wanted into consideration which was very considerate and helpful for the final project."

"We started out rough - the flooring guy they sent didn't know what he was doing by the end of the 2nd day, the floor was a total mess. I sent the Installation Manager an email who as soon as he saw the message the called of the first installer and sent in a Super Star the next day. As soon as the new installer looked of the 2 days worth of flooring he called the Manager and report it all had to be torn up and replaced. And that's exactly what they did - COMPLETELY! Also, the flooring that was being put down looked nice in the sample but on the floor it was too dark. I called the Manager and asked since it all had to be taken up could we select a different color - NO PROBLEM! Done and it all looks great. My only question is how did a non qualified tech get sent to do the job in the first place???"

"I closed on my home in the afternoon on a Thursday and these guys were out there Friday morning, and by Friday evening had painted my whole home, and had started ripping up the carpet to place the new flooring. This entire job was completed in four days. They came back twice to fix two little painting spots I needed fixed and did so without complaint. My next home projects are already in the planning process with Woodworxâ s. The entire crew was polite, professional, and on time every day. I was kept updated with progress, and with any information that needed to be relayed back to me, was done so in a timely manner, so that I could make a decision as to which way to go. Unless they go out of business, I will never use another contractor."
