Communication and patience are critical to keeping your sanity during the process (this is our second one). Courtney (our project manager) is a saint. I am a stickler for time lines and my wife is particular about…well everything. From the first visit to their showroom ( when we shopped other pool builders they were the only ones to have their own showroom) we felt confident we were going to get the care and quality we expected for such a large purchase. Courtney delivered through the whole journey. She helped my wife select patterns and colors for each stage and was always patient and helpful even after my wife changed her mind more than once. Ken was diligent in communicating schedule changes (mostly due to weather) and even though I understood the changes due to weather I can be impatient but Ken and Courtney were always professional. So it was a great experience and beautiful craftsmanship once completed. I highly recommend them and look forward to have them continue beyond the build with their pool service."
