"We contacted Mr. Coffee to instal a radon system in our new house. I don't think any one else will work harder to get a radon system right than Mr Coffee and Covenant Air. He was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and giving us options on how to accomplish this. He will go above and beyond to get your house safe. It did take more than one visit to get the system right. After the initial install he came back and upgraded the vent fan to help lower the radon level at no cost to us. He then came back to seal up my cold air return so that my house wouldn't pull air in from the crawlspace. He was very professional in all of his dealings. Sometimes he might overstretch himself and will be a little tardy but when he is working at your house, he works hard the whole time. His goal is to make your house safe for you and your family. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
