My Project Manager was Kevin Q. He contacted me the same day I called to get an estimate on repairs in my home. Set up a appointment the following week. Kevin arrived at my home on time and was very polite and professional. Kevin looked at each job I wanted completed, taking notes and measuring. Received estimate the same day and signed contact to have the work started. All prices for materials and labor were outlined and listed on the estimate for each item that needed to be repaired or installed. The estimate was a better price than I had received from 2 previous companies. As each job was completed I was able to inspect it and make sure it was what I wanted and looked good in my house. All jobs were completed quickly and I was very pleased with the service, professionalism and overall effort to keep the costs affordable.  I was provided with all receipts for any materials purchased.  I would highly recommend LSI, the staff is professional and efficient. "We ordered the handyman deal on Angie's list.  The wooden railing in the basement, which was our major project, turned out great.  Two men came, measured, went to Home Depot to buy wood, and built up the railings (one side came up from the floor).  They fixed the other things on our list and were very friendly and easy to work with.  We will call Top Notch again when we have other house projects.
