"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

"Had used their tech Fred twice before with no problems. They were very responsive but other tech scheduled had urgent dental work. Rescheduled three more weeks out with other tech. Had headphones in and did not hear knock or call. Rescheduled and I mistook date and was in Maine when they arrived. Since I was outside their usual area I felt it better to cancel project since I only had six months lease. They stated would refund, and I will appreciate since I am a senior in fixed income."

After having another electrician come by from Thumbtack to quote my project and unhappy with the both the price and the person they sent over. I contacted Sean from Murphy over the holiday weekend, and he was very responsive. Marvin the technician they sent over did a great job, and even brought his uncle along to help. Very nice guys and hard workers. Will definitely use again. They were very fair and did not try to up charge me or complain that I pre-ordered parts which most electricians will mark up and charge more for. It’s hard to find a fair, honest company that doesn’t charge insane prices. These guys were masters of their craft and highly recommend using them."

"I looked for a/c repair on a Sunday, not expecting any replies. To my surprise, Clark Forbes not only replied but said he would be able to come out later in the day. He kept in communication to let me know approx. time of arrival. he came out and got it running. my central a/c is 51 years old with no parts ever replaced. It still had some issues that could not be solved without additional parts likely needed. he checked on parts available for such an old unit the next day as promised. he kept in communication all the next day and discussed what direction I wanted to go with such an old unit. we agreed that if it quits in the future we might continue with parts, but would have to evaluate the rational cost of fixing a 51-year-old unit /versus replacement. I would recommend his services to anyone and his quick response and constant communication were wonderful in this day and age of people not getting back to you."
