"I got several quotes from companies that specialize in pergolas. I wanted something that was contemporary while keeping cost and quality in mind. I also wanted to customize a few things to allow for limited sun exposure without having a full cover on top as our yard faces West. I worked with Tony who is a sales rep for the company. He wasn’t pushy and came prepared to walk me through their offerings. We exchanged several texts and calls as I kept coming up with mind blowing ideas every hour (ok maybe I was just crazy). Regardless, he was attentive and addressed every suggestion. The village took about 2 months to approve my permit due to Covid and limited resources and it was finally time for the install. Levi was our installer. If I owned this company, Levi is who I’d want working for me. He treated us as if he owned the company himself and was very attentive to me pointing out things before he was even done with the job. He assured me everything will be fine once the pergola is up, things are sealed and a final coat of paint is applied. He was absolutely correct. There were some issues that I addressed and Levi did everything in his control to make things the way we wanted. The wood comes from the mill and the two boards in the front of our pergola were not aligned as they were/are different in size by about a half inch. The two boards meet in the middle of our pergola as it’s about 28ft wide. He shaved off where the boards meet and made it look as seamless as possible. The wood from the mill is also very rough and while it gives it a rustic look it can cause splinters if somebody was to rub against it. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was how the wood felt. We may get it sanded down in the future as we have a basketball court attached to our patio and kids may run into the wood. As of now it looks great and we’re just waiting on some touch up paint or paint codes so we can go and buy paint from Sherwin Williams. I highly recommend working with this company."

Everything was in writing and the install went as expected. The install was FANTASTIC!! Tommy was very meticulous and methodical! If you are worried about a mess left behind you won’t need to worry about that... he was always cleaning up as he went. Also.. if you are worried that there will be a mess in your landscape or driveway they won’t leave you with that complaint either! Barrier Windows gets Five stars with me. "We replaced wood windows with an almond color vinyl window and I cannot believe how much the windows improved the appearance of our home. The house looks newer and brighter. Several windows on our home had broken seals and after getting two estimates for window replacements from other companies, I was very confused and frustrated. Federal Windows was the 3rd company I called for an estimate and Garry was straight forward and honest with me and answered all my questions. The night before work was scheduled to begin, I realized I had not asked what I should do to get ready for the guys to start work the next morning. I e-mailed Garry and he told me not to worry about a thing and that the guys would take care of it. And he was true to his word. They showed up right on time, were very careful to place tarps on the floors. They were courteous, very quiet, and didn't leave a trace of dirt or mess. "Brandon was punctual for the estimate.  He arrived on time and delivered the final design before what he said he would.  The day of installation they arrive on time and began working.  They removed sod and installed new trees and plants.  The area was clean when finished.  I would highly recommend Brandon and Elegance Outdoor.  His crew works hard and did such a good job.  I couldn't be happier.

"We recently moved in to a 20 year old house.  All of the exterior door are in need of some repari and/or replacemtnt.  Complete Window and Door came out to give us an estimate and took the time to answer all of our questions.  While the cost seemed high, we did decide to go with a high quality door that has a lifetime warranty.  The sales man took the time to explain the added benefits of using a Provia door. 
The foreman installed the door in a few hours and it looks great.  We also purchased door hardware from the company as well - they took care of everything.
There was a piece that was bent and they told us they would take care of it right away to make it right.  I appreciated that they were upfront about this and had a solution before I had to ask for one.
We will definitely use them again in the future.  They returned our calls in a timely manner and were great to work with.
