"It was acceptable and they responded in a reasonable amount of time."

"Eric and John did plumbing work at my home a month ago, and I was happy to see their familiar faces arrive to replace our broken bathroom sink. I had purchased a replacement sink that was ready for installation. The cracked sink was removed and the new sink installed. Eric quoted the job before the work was done so I had no surprise costs upon completion. Because I had previously purchased Aquarius’ annual plumbing repair plan, I was able to save on the service fee and saved an additional 15% on the job. Once again, I was impressed with Eric and John’s professionalism and attention to detail. The replacement is installed better than the original had been by my previous plumbing company."

"We had a leaking sink faucet in the bathroom. Sandra at The Pleasant Plumber answered our call and scheduled us for a same-day evaluation. It wasn't an easy fix--the plumbing was 25 years old and there was some rusting and corrosion--but Chris, a Master Plumber, diagnosed the problem correctly and had it fixed for us, quickly and efficiently, the next morning. He was polite and genial--indeed pleasant! Pricing was reasonable. We recommend highly!"

"Very helpful, got right to the job and had the faucet replaced in less than an hour! I was very impressed!"

"We've used them for multiple jobs here and will continue to use them in the future."

"Honest and ethical! Called for faucet repair found on a Home Inspection. Dave arrived on time inspected all faucets, confirmed my findings that there were no leaks. Documented his findings, and only charged for the service call. If you need a Plumber, I highly recommend Dave!"

"I highly recommend Select Plumbing. Promt, courteous and fairly priced"

"I brought in several of the highest rated plumbers on Angie's list for bids so I knew they would all do quality work.   I then went with the lowest bid, which was Burkhardt by a landslide.  The bid I received from them was less than half of what the other top rated plumbers bid.
They only have a few employees and they had one guy do all of the construction work at my house.  My project took 4 days which included breaking up the floor, running drain and vent pipe, running water pipe, and recementing the floor.
I was very impressed with the work.  When he came to the house I went over how I wanted everything done and he did everything exactly how I explained it.  I also made some additions to the scope of the project after he started and he took care of them with a "can do" attitude.  I needed him to reroute some existing water pipe and to install a shut off valve.  He also left my basement spotless when he was done with no reminents of all the cement and sand that was on the basement floor during construction.  I would hire Burkhardt Plumbing again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality plumbing work done at a fair price.

"Nick was amazing, professional, attentive, a perfectionist, and my satisfaction was of the utmost importance to him during the job, and upon completion. My every concern was addressed until I was satisfied. I don’t find customer service like that anymore. It was a pleasure to work with Nick. He was very kind, polite and professional, and I would work with him again in a heartbeat!!!"

"Everything went well.  The workers were friendly and courteous."
