He also gave me some advice on other plumbing projects I have in mind for the future. He was very thorough and professional and really knew his business. "My old water heater went out yesterday and of course leaked water all over. I shut it off and stopped the leaking. Called early this morning looking for someone to install a new one. Jim was actually sent over by another plumber who could not get to my job right away. Jim showed up, looked at the job, we talked about the options and he gave me a bid. Let to get the new water heater. We back in about thirty minutes. He had to make some changes to the water and gas lines. Added shut offs and installed new one. Took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the new one. Cleaned up the work site. Removed all debris and old water heater. I was impressed with his work and his attitude.

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"I am a handyman myself, but some things are difficult to do by myself when shutting water off to an entire building with time constraints. I hired Pedro at RT plumbing, and he was able to come out to the jobsite with another one of his plumbers and knock out a laundry valve box replacement in a very timely and professional manner. The work was done correctly, and also important as well.... clean. Every line was wiped down after all the copper was sweated to a polished finish. Pedro and his apprentice got the job done same day which was great, too, and in only a couple hours. I would definitely recommend RT Plumbing and Pedro to anyone needing an experienced plumber that's prompt and does a professional job."
