He determined the issue quickly and was able to replace a broken part, service the furnace and A/C and even reconnected a dryer vent that had come unconnected when I was moving the dryer. "The company was very responsive.  We called early the next morning and the company had a plumber at our home the very same day.  In order to repair the pipe, Carl had to rip out a built in book case.  He did that with enough care and attention so that the book case should be able to be put back with only minor patching...a plus.  He also had to cut a portion of the ceiling to get at the water pipe which was a messy process. Carl cleaned up after he repaired the pipe and removed all excised ceiling and insulation materials.   He also took time to talk with us about how we can avoid this happening again in the future.  We highly recommend Schneider Plumbing. <br />"
