Our 6-person team of conscientious craftsmen handles most of the work directly and, when called for, we have other highly-competent colleagues available for staffing projects that require other specialized licenses, training or skills (e.g., HVAC, electrical, fine woodworking, etc.) We believe that vertical integration on a project -- which is a fancy way of saying that we put the trim and paint on the walls we finish and build ourselves -- results in better finished work without finger-pointing between subcontractors.
