"Any kind of major construction or renovation work is alway a daunting prospect. Our first interactions with DT design & build INC were for a modification to an existing carport that needed to be brought up to code. While DT design & build INC was not the most affordable quote, they were definitely fair. After we had a favorable experience working on this project with DT design & build INC, and their project supervisor Tal, we decided to hire them to build a master-bathroom for our house and to design and build an ADU/apartment and dance studio on our property. This was a pretty long, and involved process. But in the end, I was very happy with the outcome. I enjoyed working with Tal, and developed a close friendship with him and his crew over the course of the project. I withheld my review of this company until I saw what kind of follow up service they provided. As we rented out our ADU, there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed. Tal was good about getting back to us and addressing the things that needed to be dealt with. I would feel confident recommending DT design & build INC to any friends that are looking for a reliable construction company."

"Ouriel from Universal Home Design converted my detached garage into a studio with a kitchen and bathroom, from July through October 2020. We were referred to him via friend who underwent a garage conversion the year prior. Our original garage was 450 ft. A 94 square foot axdition was added on for the bathroom and laundry area. The tile installed in our shower looks incredible! The studio is spacious, and we are super happy with the work that was done! The process from start to finish was organized and straightforward. Payments were made at different steps along the way based on the contract. Ouriel was easily reachable via phone and text the entire time. He answered all our questions and concerns, and got back to us quickly, which is not always the case in contract work. We actually recommended his firm to one of neighbors down the street. If you want an ADU conversion done, we would highly recommend him."

Our remodeling project was to remodel the kitchen and bathrooms and it was on time and within the promised budget, there were no unexpected issues or problems that could not be solved or left aside. More than that, they were all solved in a very timely manner with the working crew, who were very friendly, organized and clean. "I worked with Supreme Remodeling last year to rebuild house for me in Burbank last year. It was a long and arduous project that involved demolishing 50% of an old house down to the studs and then building an attached addition from the ground up. I sent out my completed architectural plans to at least 15 different companies, and took interviews with many of them. Received bids from maybe 5-6 different ones. Here's what the difference was. First of all, Micky the owner of Supreme remodeling took the initial meeting himself. He was in no way pushy or salesy in any way. He was patient (it took a month for me to come to a decision). I was able to look at ACTIVE construction projects that he had going on. He was extremely knowledgeable on all of the new building trends and he has a good eye for design. Once I signed on, it took about 9-10 months to complete. He has a good roster of subcontractors that he works with. But his inside guys Eddie and Ronell are outstanding. In the end the real difference that sets Supreme apart has to be the service. Micky and his staff are very available and responsive. Even on a Sunday night he's active and communicating the following weeks work. If there's an issue he's on top of it. And even though the initial cost of the project was high, you definitely get what you pay for and to be honest, it is a very common experience to have contractors to offer you a lower price just to rope you into a situation where they constantly barrage you with extra charges during the project because they weren't "in the contract". All in all I would definitively work with Micky and supreme again in the future on any projects that I have coming up."

"Bought a house built in 1962 that needed kitchen & bath upgrades. Ended up redoing entire kitchen ,  two baths and a room. <br /> <br /> Met with several different contractors and hired Universal Home Design because of Ouri. He was very professional and polite and gave us a good vibe. We explained our vision and he gave suggestions without trying to sell us on crap we didn't want.  <br /> Ouri took the time to come up with an estimate/bid and worked on the layout in the computer with us for two hours, free of charge. Communication was excellent via email and text. Throughout the project, we enjoyed prompt, fast responses, even late nights and on weekends. Yuri took care of all permits and city inspections as well. For us, Universal Home Design was basically a turnkey operation; we gave them the house key and let them come and go freely without supervision. There were no problems with this, it was all very convenient.  <br /> <br /> From talking to our friends, in any renovation project, there are sometimes a few details that need correction and some minor setbacks along the way. To UHD's credit, unlike some of the stories we've heard about other contractors, Ouri never argued against our occasional requests for early fixes and adjustments mid-project, and had his team rectify these items promptly to our satisfaction. UHD's customer service is very good. So far everything has been great and we are very much enjoying our new kitchen.  <br /> <br /> Overall we are very happy with the results and would recommend Universal Home Design."
