Dany was prompt in answering his phone, providing me a quote, and giving me a timeline of when his crew could begin. Work included replacing all trim boards , painting all the interior, installing all new flooring, repainting kitchen cupboards, installing new countertops and new backsplash and painting the exterior of the house. Decided that after 17 years of use, it would be better to replace the old unit. Ed installed Liftmaster 8365 Premium Series 1/2HP AC Motor with 7' Chain Rail and tuned the rollers"

"Working with owner Gary and his crew was great. Gary came out and helped us with planning our re-model and selecting materials. His estimate was emailed in a couple of days. His payment schedule is appropriate, with a down payment for materials and later payments as each job is completed. From day one of construction, Gary was in constant contact either in person or by phone. Workers show up when promised, do good work and clean up. The best thing about Gary is his ability to deal with the unexpected complications that come with remodels, and there were many. We are very happy with the results.

"Rolando and each of his employees or sub contractors were amazing to work with.  We shopped around prior to finding Specialized and weren't feeling the vibe from anyone we were talking to.  Found Specialized on Angie's List and are glad we did.  Helped us through a massive remodel and were pleasant in every communication (I can be a bit overbearing at times).  We were having a party Labor Day Sunday and Rolando was able to get the granite installed Labor Day Saturday.  I would gladly (and have already) recommend Specialized for any of the services they provided us.
