"Took longer because the bar for holdiing the fan was not the right one and in fact caused a small hole in the ceiling dry wall. The installer had to go and get the correct bar . After installing the fan he was able to repair the hole to everyone's satisfaction."

"Our main installer was Jesus, and he carefully explained each step of the work and then went over all the information we would need to know. We are very happy with all three items, saving electricity with the SolaTube as we no longer have to turn lights on during the day in our Master bath dressing area, we hope that the Solar attic fan is helping to keep the house cooler by exchanging the air in the attic when it gets hot. In our small home office we replaced an old skylight with new double glass skylight with a shade system and this has made a big difference in the office. "I was pretty happy, except that I made repeated requests for a written invoice, and I don't know if they ever responded with a written invoice. They worked on the outlet and it should be working, but they won't come out and fix the outlet, so it is still not fixed. There were no additional charges. No matter if a work is done as a deal work, if they don't stand behind their work no matter how small, it is not worth it. It is going to cost me money to repair the outlet that they supposedly fixed. It was a very good deal and they didn't charge me anything extra."
