"Great workmanship. Great communication. I recommend Spencer 4 Hire Roofing, for your roofing needs."

"We had roof storm damage from the Monsoon this summer. German roofing was the best bid to replace the entire roof, and had the best warranty as well. Manuel, Dianna, Lu, and the installers were great. Good communication via email and phone calls. We are very pleased with the final outcome, and the roof looks fantastic. Thank you all!"

"Walter was very easy to work with as he is very straight forward about what he can and can't do. His crew was very friendly and professional. I was impressed with how well the worked together. The job they did was excellent. Part of the deal was to take down the exterior shutters and repaint them. As it turned out, the builder had glued the shutters to the wall. The removed the shutters for me and repaired the damage to the wall at no extra charge. The replacement shutters I had ordered did not arrive in time, but Walter came back after I got them and painted them, also at no extra charge. The job was started on 5/15/2017 and was completed ahead of schedule. We were very happy with outcome."

"Payne Roofing did an excellent job with my roof repair. They did a thorough survey of the work needed and provided high resolution pictures of all the areas in question. The finished work quality was excellent and again followed up with great pictures of work accomplished. The billing and scheduling was 100% hassle free. The workers left a clean worksite when finished. The cost for the job was very reasonable for the quality of services performed, I will definitely use them for my roofing needs in the future!"

"We just had our roof replaced and couldn't be happier. From the first moment we met Weston we knew that we were in good hands. His proposal was detailed and affordable and everything he said that would happen did happen . His crew worked very hard and they were courteous and kept things as tidy as one could with such a big job. They were very methodical and detailed about how they performed the replacement of our roof. All the pipe jacks and flashing and other trim were replaced with new. All the tiles are straight as an arrow and it really looks great. So glad we went with True-Built Roofing as the whole experience was very positive. Weston was very accessible and responsive and he runs a first class operation. Highly Recommend for your roofing needs."

"I cannot recommend Express Roofing enough. I received 7 bids for my roof project included some highly rated companies. Express Roofing was the only company to provide me with photos and a video of my roof issues. They wrote out a very exact contract and were the only company to include fascia board and ply board for the areas of concern that they saw. They cleaned up everything at the end of each day and finished a large project in 4 days. This included both the shingle roof and 2 foam flat roofs. Jenna and Jeremy were at the house every day to provide me with photos AND drone footage to show the workmanship and progress each day which I received via email. They were patient with all of my endless questions and phone calls to follow up. The roof looks amazing! They painted the T tops a good color to match the roof and new shiny whirly birds. "The job was completed with minimal interruption to our normal routine. At the end of each day our yard was left clean. All work was completed to the specifications indicated on the contract. The new roof looked good, and we are sure it will keep or house dry from any rain or monsoon activity. We would recommend their service to anyone needing roof replacement."

"Two roof technicians were punctual and professional. Work was completed promptly and as advertised. Would use Lyons again and recommend them."

"Five roofers checked the roof and offered their fixes. Explanations differs as well as prices (from $1500 to $3700). Paul Huckins from Trades Unlimited sounded most convincing. He didn't come on the agreed day but the next one. His team finished work the same day. It looks fine. There were no rains, so. Also warranty is given for five years."

"Beach Ventures were very professional and reasonably priced. The repair was done quickly and expertly. I am very pleased with all that was done and would recommend Beach Ventures to any and all who require roof repair. Genuinely pleasant to work with."
