As far as price, I can't really comment because unless you are extremely familiar with plumbing repairs, price of materials, etc., how would you know what is a fair price? He completed the full renovation (demolition down to the load bearing walls, new plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, insulation, ceiling, roof, gutters, redone original wood floors, basically everything) in exactly the time he said it would take - 2 1/2 months to the day. Ryan knows his craft like an expert and not only oversees and organizes the work but also gets his hands dirty actually doing the work. He recently built us a deck in the back yard which we love.
