"First, Nathan came to our home to give us a quote for a panel upgrade and new wiring with a dedicated plug-in for an electric fireplace I ordered. He was very personable, and explained each thing they would do, then arranging to get the work done quickly as soon as we accepted his bid. Jaden and Jarrod came out to do the job and both were very professional and efficient, cleaning everything up as they went. We are very satisfied with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company or use them again should the need arise. Thanks to all 3 of you for a job well done! "Completely useless visit. I requested a water softener repair. The technician tested the water and discovered that it was hard (I knew this already because the water softener wasn't working). He pushed buttons on the control valve of the water softener and discovered that it wasn't working (I already knew this). They couldn't repair the water softener because it wasn't "their" equipment (brand and model was noted in the repair request, so they presumably already knew they wouldn't be able to repair, but came anyway). The technician volunteered to send a plumber and a sales consultant. Don't waste your $98 on Aquarius. This company is a complete scam. "

"This job started out that a electrician would call, no show for two weeks, techs came out two weeks later after not showing or calling to reschedule, they just don't show or call. Maybe they should refund the money paid for heat pump install until part gets installed to 100% customer satisfaction. They don't call, text, email on updates or anything, they wait until you call at the end of the week and tell you it will be completed the following week. After 4 plus weeks can they just tell the customer that they are incapable of completing the work and refund the money so I can get a more reliable company to complete the job. These reviews will be a daily routine until we are refunded for a job incomplete and to be able to get what we paid for. "
