"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."

He was extremely professional and courteous; the kind of gentleman you don't mind having over for dinner. He worked quickly, cleaned up after himself & took all the empty boxes & refuse with him after finishing. He left the house as clean as before his arrival. I cannot praise or recommend J.C. enough. You will not regret calling him and his price was reasonable for the work performed. The only complaint was with the scheduling dept. who botched up the scheduling twice. Minor hiccup, considering the quality of JC's work!"
