"Our experience with Exteriors Plus was wonderful from start to finish. Amanda was excellent at communicating the installation process and quickly got us scheduled for an estimate and installation. Cory performed our inspection for the our estimate. He was accommodating with our schedule and arrived on time. The inspection was thorough and he addressed concerns that we had with particular areas of our roof. Cory showed us all of our options and explained them all in a way that was easy to understand. The team that installed the roof arrived at the time they were scheduled. We were very impressed with how quickly they worked while still providing high quality results. During the installation, Cory stopped by to check on the status of the roof and assess the work being done which was very impressive to us. A majority of the roof installation only took one day with our roof size and there was no mess left behind which was greatly appreciated with having small children and dogs. Our gutters were installed the following day and the process was also quick and painless with no mess. Amanda followed up with us afterwards to ask how the installation went, further demonstrating their superb customer service. I highly recommend Exteriors Plus to anyone in need of a new roof/roof repairs. They are professional, kind and provide outstanding work."

"I worked with them before and was very pleased with them then. The owner is very good. He is very fair and good about getting back with you and showing up on time. The guys that came to do the work were unbelievable. They were patient and were perfectionists. They did a wonderful job. They came back on their own time because there were some complications. Something needed to be taken back, but there were no hassles. The guys came back at night and worked an additional 3 hours and then came back this morning to finish up the work when they were technically off the clock. They were very pleasant about it and did a wonderful job. They were good about cleaning up after themselves and calling to let us know they were coming or giving us any information. I would have no problem working with them again and would recommend them. If there are any problems, the owner is good about fixing them."

"Great job.  I would highly recommend this company to my friends.  Very professional and did a great job cleaning up after they were done.

"My wife and I highly recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations! The results exceeded our expectations. They removed old aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding, 3 pairs of shutters, 2 mantles, 3 entry doors, gutters, and downspouts. We received several estimates and chose Northeast Ohio Renovations based on their price and reputation. We signed a contract in July 2017. They began working on the siding in April 2018, which was a long wait, but the reason being that they only have one crew and many clients. Their work speaks for itself and it was worth the wait. The crew was wonderful! They were considerate, tidy, helpful, and asked questions when in doubt. They went above and beyond. Dan even offered to mount my new wireless doorbells. I can't say enough about this crew. A few weeks after the installation, I noticed one of the gutters was leaking. The owner, Bob, came out to take look and found that it was due to an issue with our roof. Even though it was totally unrelated to their work, he still came back later to caulk the gap and fix the leak. We are very happy with the job and are still getting compliments 3 months later! We will not hesitate to hire them for any other work we need done in the future! Thank you!"

"The work was completed swiftly and with exceptional attention to detail. Jaime replaced the section of rotted board and checked the structure underneath it to make sure there wasn't more damage. He then covered the entire board beneath our door with composite wood to protect it from water dripping from our roof overhang. On the second job he installed white vynil soffit panels under the window overhang after capping and sealing the overhang. He took great care to run our TV/internet cable in inside the j-channel trim so that it is no longer hanging down and accessible to critters nibbling on it. Jaime is someone who is knowledgeable, honest and sharing. He quickly answered questions we might have had about the projects and anything else that might be on our minds regarding our home. We would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone and when we need his services againwe will absolutely call him."

"They painted the front porch no problem and looked great.  However the back fence in the contract stated "power wash, prime, and stain".  Well, they power washed, and then put a "primer and paint in one" on, just one coat, and it looked awful.  My wife called me incredibly upset saying it looked terrible, and we have the pictures to prove it.  The painters said we were only getting one coat and if we wanted another coat it was going to cost more.
Furious, I called the person who did the estimate, sent him the pictures, and he understood what was happening and directed the crew to apply the second coat, as the contract said they would do.  I was so angry that I had to take time to make them do what the contact said they would do.  No one would have ever looked at their finished product after one coat and said "well, that's done and it looks great, glad our name is on it."  They were perfectly willing to leave with it looking terrible.  This is why I rated them so low on professionalism.
In the end, things did work out, the quality of the final product was good, the manager was responsive and did the right thing, but the crew that came out couldn't have cared less.  On the review here it asks if I would use them again, and I wish there was a "maybe".  I think if we do use them again, I'll have to take a vacation day off work and supervise them closely to see that they do exactly what the agreed upon contract states."
