Our plans included rip out an existing wall and build new replacement wall to our spec. Ripped out existing cabinetry and disposed of debris. Stripped existing drywall for electrical work. Drywall installed prior to Kraftmaid Cabinets and appliances installed. Tile backsplash expertly installed. Johnson Home Improvements did all plumbing, including trenching our concrete slab floor to install a water line to the refrigerator ice maker. Provided new exhaust for Over Range Microwave. Everyone was patient. Once construction began, we got regular communication about progress. We were frequently asked if we had any questions or concerns. Answers were always timely. It did add to the cost of the project, but it was worth doing for the overall health of the house.
