"He was here within 15 min of my phone call, the spring broke and I couldn't get my car out( had a Dr appointment) said he couldn't fix the door that day, but would come back the next day at 10:00, ( he was here before 10)had him replace the door( my choice) no high pressure selling, very polite and efficient, was finished before noon! "One year after they replaced my cable it broke again, they said only 30 day warranty so they wanted to charge me again, the original cable lasted 20 yrs so obviously the cable they replaced it with was poor quality or done wrong for it to break again that quickly, they came to put a temporary cable in because they didn't even have cable in the van, that broke an hour after they left. Horrible service and poor quality, they apparently don't care about doing the right thing and making customers happy. "
