"Earlier today, I woke up to a homeowner nightmare with a freezer that had gone out with food defrosting and hundreds of dollars melting away in front of my eyes. As my husband transferred the contents of the freezer into coolers with ice for interim storage, I called in a panic looking for help. Initially, I was told they were unsure if someone could arrive same day but they would do their best. When I called for an update, they had no one confirmed. I then received a call and technicians were en route. Two men arrived and efficiently and professionally addressed my problem in short order. I came to find out at the end of the appointment that one of the gentleman was actually the owner who understood our plight and came out himself as there were no additional available workers. I would wholeheartedly recommend this top notch company."

"We discovered we had water damage to the flooring in our laundry room and needed to find the source, as it did not appear to be coming from our washing machine. We contacted Joe and he was able to fit us in within a couple of days. We were able to discuss our water issue beforehand on the phone, and he contacted us when he was running a little late the day of the appointment, so we appreciated the clear communication. He removed some damaged flooring and drywall to discover that the wall was wet on the inside and there was a lot of mold present. He then ran water and tested the many different faucets that had any possibility of being the source of the water. He found the leak to be originating from the condo next door so we could contact someone else to turn off the water, preventing further damage. Joe was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He was very nice and said he would share any information needed with our insurance company, which was helpful. Thank you Joe!"

"I have used Jeff the Plumber for a few jobs prior to this and never had any issues. For this job, they fixed (so far so good) the issue that I was having, which was a backed up floor drain in the basement. I had a couple questions regarding the billing and the work performed, so I called them and left a message with the woman that answered the phone and she stated that a manager would give me a call. A week passes and I have not received a call so I called them back and the woman that answered the phone said "yes, I see in our notes that you called and note sure why he (the manager) hasn't called you back yet." She said that she would follow-up with the manager. A week or so goes by and still no call. I have a couple more back and forth calls over the next month with the women that answer the phones and still have not received a call from the manager. This proves to me that they know I am right with my questioning on the bill and the services performed but they have opted to ignore me. Overall, I am not happy with how the repair job went."
