"My wife owns a rental property in Mill Valley. The tenant reported an issue with the dryer -- or possibly the venting that directs the hot air and lint beneath the house and then out into the atmosphere. One service provider said it was the dryer (and couldn't fix it). Another provider said it had to be the vent (and didn't fix it). Something that seemed simple turned out to be very difficult; our tenant was without a dryer for months! Finally, I started searching on HomeAdvisor and found Eugene Butler. I didn't know him and had no experience working with him before. But I got a "very good vibe" about him and happily hired him to go out and take a look. He went right out there and fixed it in a matter of minutes (it was the vent, not the dryer). I don't know why this had turned into such an ordeal, but I do know this: For future jobs like this, my first call will be to Eugene Butler of C & D Sales & Service. Thank you, Eugene."

"Sargis did a great job with my Samsung dryer repair. It didn't take him more than 20 minutes to diagnose the problem and once he identified the problem, he had the replacement roller/belt with him. He was able to repair it right there, the whole thing took less than an hour. Very happy with the service. I also got the vent cleaned with LimeBricks, Sargis pointed out that the dryer would be much more effective once I got that done. "
