"The process was pretty easy. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. They were all very thorough during the entire experience. Just wish I received the car a little sooner. But you can't control the weather and or the traffic. Thank you guys!"

"He worked on it for over an hour and now it works good. It wasn't opening and closing correctly. In the past he has trimmed my trees, he is a landscaper as well he does a good job. He also washes windows in and out and does a good job. He does any maintenance work you need and he is reasonable and efficient. If he can't do the work he finds someone who cans at a reasonable price. I am handicapped and my husband has passed away and my son Steve, who is my power of attorney, has kept on top of his work and is very pleased with his work. He is trusting and does not take advantage of a woman who is alone. After he's done with the jobs, he cleans up and hauls away any material or debris left over but there is an additional charge for that because he has to pay for the disposal. <br />"

"<p>The job took three weeks. Wright Way started when they said they would and finished on time. I didn't ask them to, but they worked all three days of Memorial Day weekend because they wanted to take advantage of the good weather.</p> <p>I highly recommend them for any job--large or small.</p> <br />"

"I learned of Gonzalez Band I through a brick supplier. My insurance agent suggested the supplier as a source of someone who could manage the multiple tasks I had. I then checked with Angie's List, and found the company had very good ratings, although not very many total ratings. I called to arrange a visit and estimate. Mauricio happened to be in my neighborhood and showed up about 15 minutes after my call! He understood the nature of the work to be done and emailed me an estimate and job task listing that night. <br /> A large tree that had been planted years ago too close to my house was causing the damage described above. Once I had the tree and stump removed, I accepted Gonzalez Band I estimate by email. We set the date for the work and the team and equipment arrived as scheduled. The completed the tasks of excavating, large root removal, small root removal, sealing, backfilling, brick replacement, tuck pointing, and trim restoration in a highly satisfactory manner. They leveled the excavation area, cleaned up the driveway, and hauled away the removed root pieces. <br /> The team of 3 were well organized, each working their area of expertise and helping the others. They began about 9:00 am and finished by mid-afternoon. All 3 were committed to doing excellent work."

FAQs for thermostat installation and replacement projects in Albany, IN

Smart thermostats may be worth it for many homeowners. They come with various features, including voice control and smartphone apps. Vacation mode can help lower energy usage when you’re out of town for an extended period. Alert warnings let you know about major spikes or drops in temperature. Smartphone apps can track energy usage, and smart thermostats can learn your routine over time to adjust your temperature and reduce wasted energy consumption automatically.

You typically do not need more than one smart thermostat. While it’s common to see multiple mechanical thermostats throughout a large home, multiple smart thermostats may try to override each other. This can lead to problems with the HVAC system. Ensure the unit you buy has the option for dual- or multi-zoned systems to avoid compatibility issues.

Installing a programmable or smart thermostat may save you $180 per year in utility costs. A big part of this comes from a smart thermostat’s ability to learn and adapt to your regular routines. With smartphone apps or web-based interfaces, you also have the option to control your thermostat when you’re not home.
