"We replaced all 16 double-hung windows in the house. We replaced 3 of them that are behind obstructions such as counters and furniture with sliding windows. The sliding windows are so much easier to open and close than the double hung. They estimated a 12 week wait time, but were able to obtain and install in 8 weeks. The installers were professional and efficient. They arrived around 9 AM and were finished and cleaned up by 2:30 the same day. Were are very happy with the look and quality of the windows and the quality of the installation."

"Our installation of a new surround and tub was to be installed,Paul came down to do the installation,unfortunately there was a misunderstanding as to the design of the tile, after a phone call that day that was fixed but would take time for the new style to be made. Paul said that the tub could be installed unfortunately when the tub was made the dimensions were incorrect . We were without tub/ shower for three weeks as the old surround had already been taken out. Paul did his best and was very nice and professional. On July 3,2021 Matt arrived just before 8am. He was awesome, within four hours he had everything installed and cleaned up. Needless to say we were very happy to have our bathroom up and working again. We are very pleased with the tub and surround. I highly recommend Matt and Paul, sorry I didnâ  t get there last names. I would and have recommended Bath Fitters."

"The installation team was very competent, professional , and courteous. They installed 15 windows and a door in less than four days. So they receive a 5 or the top grade. My disappointment is a result of perhaps unrealistic expectations of the noise reduction quality of the windows. There is minimal discernible difference in noise reduction and this could have been made more explicit during the initial sales meeting."
