"Ok so I am writing a review everywhere I can for David and crew. Basically havr been using David and J&D for every aspect of the house! Windows, Doors, Facade wall, Kitchen, Siding etc. Have yet to have any bad experience with these guys!! Wonderful, efficient, courteous, professional, and I cannot say this enough… what a crack up! "Beautiful installation. Absolutely impossible to reach when something is need after installation. The replacement of windows is a fantasy. You must pay for anything that goes wrong. We spent over $20,000.00 and when reaching out with a problem it took 10 months to get an response at all. The response was to go buy another window and have it replaced by a company they use. I liked them because they were local but never again. I recommended them to a ftiend, who used them and they had the same response when they had an issue. Bad customer service "

"I am rating this company as fair because some things went well and others did not. In particular, Allen incorrectly installed a floating kitchen floor under the new cabinets which caused the floor to fail. He came over to review it, committed to speak to both Carpet One where the flooring was purchased and the manufacturer. He did not do either, instead he ignored my emails and texts. At this point, Carpet One has to take up the flooring and reinstall the pieces that can be salvaged adding an additional cost of over $3,000. I'm actually glad that Allen ignored me because his solution was not going to fix the problem."

"Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"
