He was very professional and it was a very professional quote. I had contacted some other people and I actually gave the job to somebody else. There was nothing wrong with Superior Foundations. Apparently he lost our number because his truck had been broken in 2 and so he had to go through his phone to return call after the initial call placed. It was like, we never heard from him, but he did call eventually and explained the situation. He did come out within a day and looked at the job, and then within 2-3 days, he sent us an estimate. He was very thorough. Nothing was wrong, it's just that it was quite high. He was probably one of the higher ones that had quoted. We had 4 or 5 quotes, and he was right up there on the top.
