"Ryan was well prepared for the job I needed him for he came out a few days prior to the date I needed him and assessed the are he would be loading in and he made my whole tree removal job go smoothly with hauling off the larger trunk material for me, I have also used him on several other jobs like hauling gravel in and hauling land clearing debris out I will continue to use this company an also continue to recommend them great experience with them all around. "The results exceeded my expectations. The company was EXTREMELY responsive through all phases of the project (estimation, scheduling, work, followup). My job was supervised by a site manager who kept me informed at all times. During each progress review, the site manager ensured that I was satisfied with the work and he was willing to redo whatever I was unhappy with. Given that the weed removal services are based on an hourly rate per worker, the site manager alerted me whenever the team was on breaks or at lunch. Speaking of the team, its members were constantly, and I do me constantly, working. There was ZERO evidence of anyone, including the site manager ever slacking off at any time. I really feel that the team earned every penny of their rate. The same applied to the application of mulch. The entire team worked hard and without delay. Regarding the actual job, it consisted of the clearing of weeds and ivy from several large beds. The team removed all weeds, including the ivy by hand. The ivy was removed, as promised, by the root. Note that the ivy had been growing for more than 20 years and so was extensive. They also spread a 4-inch deep layer of mulch on all cleared beds. This required 72 cubic yards (1,944 square feet) of mulch. I am extremely pleased with the work performed by everyone at 4th Generation and highly recommend their services. If you want the job done right the first time, I strongly urge you to consider 4th Generation. I have attached pictures of the before and after views of one bed that 4th Generation rehabilitated. I have also attached a picture of one other area that was cleaned up by their team. It is representative of the entire job."

"Jeff showed up on time and did his work professionally. He recommended replacing 4 vent covers due to splitting or rotting and gave me an estimate for that. He was gentlemanly and well-informed, didn't try to upsell things that weren't needed. I was aware of the deteriorating vent flanges because I had recently had my chimney cover replaced and the pro who did that notified me of their condition. I felt like Mighty Hands did what they were contracted to do in a way that made me confident of their work."

"I purchased a foreclosed home at it had water and mold issues in the basement.
After consulting with several companies I chose to work with Tim.
Tim had originally recommended a more aggressive approach that included interior drain tiles and full wall lining but I was convinced that the water issue was due to the (incorrect) way the builder used vapor barrier and fiberglass insulation in the basement and exterior drainage issues.
I asked Tim to extend all downspout flow away from the house, fix grading issues.  The job included trenching through our concrete patio to move water away from the foundation.
During the job, Tim even reached out to my new neighbor to get permission to route water through his backyard so that we wouldn't need to install a sump pump.
His crew worked several days to complete the work and left the job site tidy.
Lastly, Tim came out to make sure all the work was done correctly and he offered to put down some gravel / stones in an area next to my patio that had the propensity to get muddy.  This was not in the original estimate but he just added that on for free.
