"Ironically the replacement pane of glass broke in the truck on the way over but since the break was more structurally sound than the currently installed broken pane of glass, the technician opted to install the new but broken pane of glass until the replacement came in. The replacement pane arrived a few days later and within the week we had the new pane installed."

Installation was so nice (Tommy and Nico). It took two days and they were meticulous and did a beautiful job. The windows look great and so far I have zero regrets. The warranty (30 year and transferable) was a big selling factor. I had looked at other windows and decided on Universal Windows Direct of Charlotte. They did everything right.
