"The crew did an outstanding job removing the old system and installing a new one. Perfect timing with the heat wave."

"I-Deal HVAC was the installation contractor provided by Lowes when I purchased a new hot water heater. Kenneth, my installer, did a superb, professional install, and fully explained the operation of the new hot water heater. Despite the fact that Lowes Delivery couldn't get their act together as far as my request that the installer pick up the hot water heater, Kenneth was flexible and understanding, and arrived on schedule to perform the install. I would highly recommend I-Deal HVAC--if the rest of their staff is as good as Kenneth, they are the contractor of choice for prompt, professional service. Many thanks, Kenneth!"

"Jake and his crew came out to take care of a new furnace install over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. They were friendly and courteous, and got the job done."

"The young men who came to turn swamp cooler on and installed a thermostat, were nice and polite and explained everything they were going to do. Very reasonable pricing also.. will call them in the fall for the winter"

"okay... there were initial leaks after the install but they came and fixed them."

"I called Roadrunner and they sent a technician out the same day. He identified the problem and gave me an estimate for the regulator repair and having a new water shutoff valve installed. I felt the cost of the regulator was high and he suggested that I could purchase the part myslef and only pay for installation charges. The part would not receive Roadrunners guarantee, however. I decided to locate and buy the needed parts and called Roadrunner for guidance. They were very helpful in guiding me to the correct parts. I called once I purchased the parts and they came out and installed them the next day. The technician was very professional and friendly. He completed the job in about 1.5 hours and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. A month later, and everything is performing normally."

"I was hesitant at first to hire someone for my AC service, but I’m so glad I did! Honest, trustworthy, and 5 star quality!!"

"Great company that did a new install!"

"It was a great experience from the salesman , Roger to an incredible installation lead, Jesse. He was a perfectionist. The electrician they used was also great."
