"Ramon is truly a wonderful find! He came out same day to give an estimate and was able to fit me into his schedule quickly. He did incredible work and really went above and beyond. I’m so impressed he not only installed the garbage disposal, but noticed the issue with the sink pipes that have been causing backups and made it necessary to have plumbers come out multiple times a year just to unclog the drain. I would have kept having that issue for years if he hadn’t noticed and fixed it! He does excellent work with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Hopefully I won’t need any other plumbing repairs for a while, but if I do he is absolutely the first person I will call! I can’t recommend him enough and am so glad to have a good plumber to call on and send people to now."

We were in the process of selling our house and the inspector had found some roof shingles that needed replacing and places that needed resealing in order for us to pass inspection. We needed to have this done immediately and Roofing USA was very responsive! They came and looked at the roof and we're back the next morning to complete everything on the inspector's list. The repairs cost more than the maintainence package because of the size of the roof and the extra things on the list, but it was well worth it and just all part of selling the house. ?

My swamp cooler died on me, so I called PHC on Friday, they had a technician out at my house to look at my system and give me a free estimate by the following Monday. I was able to order the swamp cooler I wanted, and have it installed by the end of the week. It was very affordable, and everyone I talked to throughout this process was pleasant and professional, and they took the time to answer any questions I had. "Contractor keep appointment (even though there were 2 or 3 calls expressing confusion about time and day); installed the drywall and cleaned the area.   The drywall installation was not smooth and when textured looked amateurish at best.  Before I could paint I had to sand several areas and apply canned texture-not the most professional look but time was a factor.  the next time the wall is painted will require extensive prep work to make it look professional.
Good things: appointment keep; work was done as explained; no extra charges.
Not so good: Technician was not a drywall guy.
