"Provided initial estimate over the phone then came out to provide detailed estimate and take measurements. Took about 1 week to make the replacement window. Very courteous and professional -- would use again. Price was very reasonable for work performed."

"<p>Stopped by to see if they could tint my new car windows. Toyota told me my windows were tinted but for NM no way. I have been to Tint Masters in the past and was always pleased. They told me the manufactured windows are just a little bit colored and I could get the windows tinted. They told me what was legal and what would work the best. They are so helpful! I left my car and they told me it would take 3.5 to 4 hours. After 3.5 hours my car was done. I did not wait at the place. I got a ride home and came back. I had a darker tint of side back and rear windows. I had an eye brow for front. I followed their directions and placed car in sun all day Saturday Nov. 22. I did not open any windows or clean anything. Everything came out perfect! I called Lisa to let her know I was very pleased. See - there was some trapped water on Friday because there was cloud cover. But now everything looked great. Just follow their directions and you will be very pleased. Also make sure you have a ride so you do not have to wait. It takes time to perform the job correctly so be willing to allow them to do their job! Some may claim one or two hours but if you want the job done right done right don't rush them.</p> <p>I would definitely go back again. I had my 1998 Nissan truck tinted earlier in the year and now my new 2015 Corolla.</p> <br />"

"The work went well. I had called the day before so they could order the glass I needed for my 2010 4runner. We set an appointment for 1pm the next day. I was told it would take "2-3" hours but it only took about 80 minutes. I'm not sure the tint is an exact match but it's close. When I got in the car the "auto" rolldown feature wasn't working, but the guy was able to fix it in 30 seconds (just needed to be reset). There is a slight blemish in the tint but not a big deal to me, I'm just glad to have a window that fits and works."

"I have used All About Blinds and their predecessor, The Blind Man, for all my window shades. The last time they were out was to make a shade for a sliding door that had just been replaced. The designer called back to her office to check on the color of white we had used previously so that it would look the same. I will use them again when I need blinds and/or shutters. <br />"

"Ron came to my work on-time. He completed the work within the time estimated while I continued working--Nice! The shade of tint matched the other windows. He explained the warranty, proper care and what to do for the curing period. I couldn't be more pleased. Use this company for your auto tint!"

"I was very pleased with my new iron security door, how it works and how it looks, BUT: WHEN THE INSTALLERS DID THE INSTALL, they screwed their iron frame to my wooden door frame (this is the typical install method). The iron frame, being stronger than my wood frame, pulled the wood frame out of alignment. After the installer left, I realized that it was impossible to fully close my wooden door. The wooden door had fit perfectly before, so I am sure the installation changed the shape of my door frame. THERE IS AN EASY WAY TO AVOID THIS PROBLEM: while the installer tightens down his screws (he is outside on the porch), his assistant needs to be inside the house, inserting wood shims around the original door, so that the wooden door frame is not pulled out of alignment during the install. I called Action Security about this, the day after the install, and left a detailed message about the problem with the receptionist. I asked that the supervisor call me. He never did. Luckily, I am a retired carpenter, so after a half hour's sanding using a random orbit sander, I was able to remove enough wood from my original mahogany door, to get it to more or less shut. But most customers would not have this ability. This is a classic case of a contractor being totally focused on HIS specific task, but not paying attention to the effects it might have on the surrounding area."

"Our insurance paid for most of it. We had to pay the deductible. They came to our house to replace the windshield. They had it fixed within an hour. They made sure that it had all of the extras on it that my last windshield had. They have also replaced the windows in our classic cars. They were very quick and they will be fixing another window for me."

"Pete first came by and gave me an estimate which I thought was very fair. Then he showed me a selection of different shades and insulating properties of the different tints. It was very educational and I was amazed at the types of different tints available. Once I made a selection I paid a portion and set a date for the install. He showed on time on the end result was amazing. Not only that he was fast and amazingly efficient."

"Great experience. We set up an appointment and the person arrived on time, did some measurements and determine just by looking at it the matching color for the two windows. Shortly after I received an estimate. Once I agreed, we scheduled a time for installation. Again they were prompt in coming to tint the windows. The tint looks uniform as if all windows in the room were done at the same time. Tinting the other window allows us to enjoy the room in the evening as the sunlight is not as strong and the temperature in the room remains more comfortable <br />"
