"Dave Hartman and his team did so much more than a Fireplace Mantel Installation but I had to pick just one category of work done for this review. A couple of years ago, we had a General Contractor began the process of building my wife and I a new home in West Knoxville and when our home was approx. 75% completed, our contractor left; no warning.. just abandoned us and our new home build project. Thankfully (so very thankfully) we found Hartman Construction a week laterâ ¦. and they saved usâ ¦ and our homeâ ¦ finishing many-many areas that we undone, working so hard to get us our Certification of Occupancy. We moved in shortly thereafter and/then weeks following, Dave continued to assist us in getting our home in order as my wife and I look back, we now see what a blessing it was to have found Hartman Construction, and we cannot say enough about Dave and his team. Their quality of work, construction knowledge, and integrity makes it very easy for us to give them a 5-Star Rating."

"Due to the pandemic some things were a week or two slower but once they started their projects it was well done. The windows were put in with a craftsman's quality and they improved our home. The roofer and gutter teams did an excellent job and we no longer have the leak or the rain water running down our exterior walls from the roof. There were two windows that needed to be frosted that didn't come at the installation time but later were brought by the owner of the company. All in all we are well pleased."

Before any job was performed, the explanation came first. They were so wonderful in helping out with any pool/paver needs. They always came out at the time they said they would be there and always explained the details of the job that day. The place now looks like it came out of a magazine. Also, understand that David and his team came in after the pool was installed and installed all of the pavers, did all of the landscaping, the rock wall, not to mention all of the trees, mulching and over 60 flowers! "Medina performed leaf removal on my property. They did a good, thorough job. This was the first time I utilized their services and I was pleased with the results. Brothers Jose and Juan Medina offer numerous types of lawn and home care. I would certainly consider utilizing their services again for leaf removal or other types of work. I also thought their charge for this service was reasonable."
