"The provider arrived on time.  I was only interested in a partial remodel -- that it, the addition of some cabinets to my kitchen.  He quickly drew up an estimate (which was quite a bit higher than a similar job done by Home Depot several years ago).  Frankly, I began to wonder why I had paid someone to give me an estimate.  Oh well.  Maybe if you're having a major reconstruction job it would be worth it."

"We had a good experience with GraniteWorks. We were budget-conscious and looking for good service/warranty. We ended up spending a little more than we thought, because the measure tech suggested a larger overhand than we planned and others quoted.
The selection of stone was good.
The price was standard.
The staff was very friendly and professional, both during the sales and the measure/install.
The warranty from Granite Works is not very good for time duration. (Counter Intelligence is better, but their customer service was not very good.)
GraniteWorks was responsive to phone and email.
The Installers did a great job and were very courteous. The install went according to plan and looks good.
The seams are not very visible unless you try looking for them. I had suggestions/preferences, spoke up, and they were addressed.
They followed up to make sure I was happy.
Overall, let these guys give you an estimate. They are good.

"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."

"The project manager, Penny Jones was really on top of everything. She was out to my house every other day to check on the project. She was outstanding. If it hadn’t been for her, we probably would have quit halfway through the project. The problem was their employees were not very good. The job was eventually completed to our utmost satisfaction. But it required us to continuously point out bad workmanship to her. It had to be redone. A two-week job really was an eight-week job. At the end of the day, the final outcome was very good. I was pleased with the final outcome. We are retired; we are home. I don’t know how a working person could have kept up with the continual poor workmanship and working so hard to get it corrected properly. It got to be to the point where I was just ready to accept it the way it was. My husband was the one who really pushed to have it done properly. The average consumer shouldn’t have to work so hard to get something done right. The price was very good. They let us get on our own some of the things that they were going to provide, which really helped bring the price down. With regard to punctuality, it was hit or miss. We wouldn’t use them again in the future."

"We received Nafi's name from a neighbor who had used him to redo her kitchen. We were extraordinarily pleased with the work that Nafi and his team did for us. Everyone was respectful of our home, protecting walls, floors and rooms with room coverings and floor protectants. We had an idea in mind for our design, which Nafi implemented perfectly. He also added some ideas of his own, which enhanced our original design. The quality of workmanship and materials that he used were exceptional. We had one issue with doors that were installed. The issue had nothing to do with his installation, but was caused by the door frames which were original and not level. Nafi came to fix the issue free of charge and without question. "Asa came out the same day I called him and was able to start the same week. He arrived on time and spent his time working quickly. He replaced the bottom foot of drywall in our basement and matched it very well to the rest of the walls. He repaired a rotted door opening and painted to match. He also fixed various drywall cracks around our windows upstairs from leaks and house settling. I was very pleased with Asa's professionalism, efficiency, and the quality of his work."
