"I needed to replace drywall and repaint the ceiling of my living room and bedroom because of the leak from last June, after meeting with Charles I ended adding a few more rooms to be painted. Very fast response from the them. Charles was very helpful, He came to my house for the inspection. He walked me through the process, took photos of the rooms then provided me the estimate. It's not very cheap but it's still worth it, it was a complicated job The following week, their painters came, replaced all the drywall and did the painting They did an amazing job. The whole team were also very cool and polite. Very easy to talk with them."

"The planning and work done was outstanding. We had talked to 4 other remodelers and found WaterStone to be the most detailed and open to our needs. The finishes in the new bathroom are stunning. "The All Renovations team, led by Tony, did a fantastic job. The first two days had 4 people working to dismantle my bathroom, and then for the days of cutting tile, had 2 people at all times. They worked quickly, and hard, from 9am till sometimes 7pm. Master bath was done in 9 working days. This company handles labor and construction materials, while the client handle purchasing of most renovation materials like the tile, vanity, fixtures, tub, and toilet. For those who want to have direct control over the materials, and the cost, this is the way to go. I was onsite each day, and would give some direction (which they always closely followed) like how I wanted the tiles, which grout goes with which tiles, and that I wanted an additional light switch because I added a chandelier to the room. "Who writes reviews before the work is done?  I do, because of REO ServicePro owner Gary Golman's responsiveness.  I needed all the smoke detectors in my home replaced because they were 15-years old and I just learned they should have been replaced after 10 years.  I already bought replacements and just needed them installed because once I got into the job, no amount of YouTube tutorials could help me through.  I called Gary, but when I sounded confused discussing the job with him, he offered to stop by to check out the task. Turns out I purchased the wrong detectors.  I was still clueless, so Gary offered to go to Home Depot with me (this was at the end of the day mind you) to help me get the right ones.   <br /> Gary will come by <em>tomorrow </em>afternoon to replace all the units.  I'm confident the job will be done right - which wouldn't have happened if I had continued on the path to do them myself.  It'll be one less household task to worry about.  After tomorrow I'll be able to sleep through the night without my smoke detectors chirping for me to change them out. <br /> Thanks Angie's List for recommending REO-ServicePro. <br />"
