They also installed a sliding glass door, replaced several windows (Craig was great with suggestions about picture vs casement windows) as well as removing windows that weren’t up to code and making the necessary structural changes. I also had them replace my soffits and gutters. It looks like I have a whole new house!!!"

Discovered water coming in and eventually rotting the wallboard, studs, etc. Had to replace entire wall. Called them about the issue, they sent a rep. He said it was the chimney's fault, it was leaking. Not so, opened the wall and ceiling and had another roofer come spray water on the chimney, nothing, no leak. Then sprayed water on the cricket, water came in. Exterior Medics would not admit any fault. Had it repaired, no leak, no problem since then. Had recommended to a friend, never gain, he also had a bad experience. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK AND A COMPANY HAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK."

We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. His team arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally. The fixed required fixing damage beneath existing siding and house trim. Due to its age, we didn't want the siding and trim replaced because the color would match the rest of the house. The team worked diligently to preserve the siding and trim (not easy with metal trim) and replaced the underlying water damaged material. Would definitely consider the company for future improvements or repairs."
