"Sutton's roofed my ranch house w/attached garage in 2015. I noticed a small water puddle on the garage floor in 2020. The next Monday morning Adam was out to inspect for the source of my problem. He determined that caulk on a vent had lost its seal. He wanted a better caulk than he was carrying on his truck for the repair. He returned after lunch with the right caulk and resealed both garage roof vents. Adam texted me at 2:00 that the repair was complete. I am very pleased with Sutton's standing behind their installation work. In addition to a new roof, the 2015 job as pictured also included windows, doors, siding and interior reconfiguration."

The replacement of a the basement door was the third project done over a two year period. Previous projects in 2013 included installing ceiling fans, installing wood laminate flooring and baseboards in the master bedroom, and installing new base trim and installing a new staircase handrail. All baseboards and base trim were painted. <br /> In 2014, the current project required 12 hours to remove a deteriorating door frame and to make a new door frame to secure a new standard 6 panel steel door to fit into a non-standard opening. "I noticed water dripping from one of my outside faucets when I removed the hose for the winter.  Since the water was filling a 5 gallon bucket rather quickly, I decided that I needed to fix the faucet rather than letting it drip.  Ron and his assistant came to my home on Monday, 10/24/11, and looked at the problem.  He indicated that the leaking faucet needed to be replaced with a frost free one and, because the faucet in the front of the house was the same type of faucet, both should be replaced at the same time.  He arrived on time and worked and was done in 1.5 hours.  I now have two new nondripping outside faucets ready for the winter!"
