I even got a stainless steel chase installed for the price most were charging for galvanized metal one's. I went with the stainless due to the fact it will last forever. C&A clean up nicely. There were prompt, and professional. I would recommend them. Tim Anderson the owner was very honest and professional. Thanks C&A. "The quality of the work was well done.  Greg and Adam are very responsive.  Adam does excellent work, and very fast once he had all the cabinets, etc.  The thing folks need to know is that it takes a very long time to get cabinets custom ordered and to get granite selected and cut.  Make sure you build this in.  Overall I think this project took too long to complete (over two months), but the overall final product was really great.

"I called art in the morning and he came right out within an hour to set the trap on the roof. 2 days later the raccoon was caught. He put a stick to hold up a board to cover the entry point to make sure there was no more activity. Experience was very good and you can't argue about the price. Critter Control was going to be about $100 more for the same service."

"This was a very frustrating experience. Mr Sanders attempted to "make everything right" but we wished it all had been done right the first time. It took way too long to complete the work, and although the finished work in most instances is satisfactory, the grief we went through to get to that point was not worth it. Mr Sanders, in our opinion, was overwhelmed by the amount of jobs that he accepted after the hail storm, and did not have the contractors, companies, or individuals to complete the work in a timely and professional manner. We had requested, also, to have "extra" projects done at the same time as the hail repairs, and unfortunately, these projects were not completed as planned either. Mr Sanders is an honest person, who does try his best to get the work completed, however, he does need to do some serious "housecleaning" where is workers are concerned, as they are not representing him well."
