"Umar and Jason are outstanding professionals. Initially hired to for a simple heating element replacement for my dryer. Then hired them again when my washer went out just a week later. Honest, timely, precise, professional and responsive. Communicated well and shared in my concerns for repair vs replace. Referred me to Dryer Wizard too for vent inspection."

"Mohammed was timely, earnest, diligent and honest. He provided great service for my washer and dryer for a very reasonable price. I would hire him again."

"Andi and AGB responded quickly and offered to repair my dryer at a great price. Other companies were either too overpriced (nearly same price as new dryer) or would not respond. And I came and diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote, and a few days later, he came to repair the dryer. I would definitely recommend Andi and AGB. Thank you!!"

"My pro privided great customer service. He texted me to let me know when he was on the way. He let me know what steps he was taking to assess the condition of my washer. He told me at each step what was checking out ok and then when he hit the decision point. I thanked him for his thorough approach and decided repair was not the prudent choice. Process was reasonable. I would hire him the next appliance issue comes up."

"Sammy Appliances Repair Services is an extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, customer-centric and very reasonably priced appliance repair and sales company! I called mid-day Friday regarding a rental property that I have in Alexandria, Virginia and Sammy was able to get out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue with the Kenmore washer/ dryer! Repaired it the same day and had the units running prior to leaving!! I highly recommend Sammy Appliances Repair Services!! Just fantastic!!"

"My cooktop had a broken burner. The tech came, replaced it with a new one, tested everything, and showed me before-and-after photos so I could see the work myself. Quick, clean, and reliable service. Highly recommend."

"Sterling Appliance was excellent at conferring and advising appropriate replacements. The installers arrived on time and completed the job expeditiously."

"Our service tech was prompt, professional, helpful, worked expeditiously, and resolved the problem with our dryer and recommended we purchase a new washer as the cost of repair would exceed the cost of a new unit. He returned promptly to reattach a spring to the dryer door that had become unhooked during the repair. Very happy with his service."

"I was very pleased with the service I got from Q&A Appliance Repair. I have a very old chrome Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator. It still works so why spend $2000 for a new one. The icemaker stopped working about six months ago and I ignored it til about a week ago when the heat made me focus on the fact that I did not have one. Q&A was very responsive and set up a diagnosis appointment. I was impressed with their staff who took the time to go online, get the original brochure, and proceeded to test the pieces of the icemaker in order to properly diagnose the program. While I thought that the water line needed to be replaced, it turned out that the icemaker motor had died (after 20-plus years that's acceptable). I rec'd a very reasonable quote and an appointment to replace the motor was set for a few days hence. Within a few hours, I had ice again in my freezer! I would definitely recommend and use Q&A again!"
