"We recently worked with LSVG Electrics to install our Philips Hue smart recessed lights into our family room. To start, the electricians from LSVG were fantastic. They arrived promptly and began by walking through the plan, answering any and all questions along the way. Since we had no existing ceiling lights they had to run all new wiring, map out the placement perfectly, and handle ceiling cuts. They did all this flawlessly - so well done we did not even need to patch or repaint the ceiling. The fixtures sit completely flush, and the Philips Hue system provides incredible brightness as well as amazing color customization. LSVG made sure all wiring was up to code, provided a warranty and verified the lights were all communicating properly with each other as well as the Hue app before leaving. They cleaned up as much as they could of any slight mess they created during installation. The whole process was very seamless and stress-free! We look forward to workin with them again."

Overall the process was very simple - Alert?s sales rep Adam came to my home and listened to my security needs and recommended a system that keeps my family safe.  The sales rep was knowledgeable on the latest technology and provided a demo on arming and disarming the system via smartphone.    The installation crew showed up on time and was very helpful in instructing my wife and I on the functionality of the system.  I also went with Alert to monitor my home annually.  Again, it?s a painless process in signing a simple contract and providing payment. 

False alarms happen, even with us trying to be vigilant to keep them from happening (Naperville will fine you after a certain number).  Alert?s monitoring center was quick to call my cell phone as they had an alert that my alarm was triggered.  The monitoring women on the phone was friendly as I explained that I was the cause of the false alarm.  I also had an incident where I accidently triggered the silent panic button a few weeks after installation.  Alert notified the Naperville Police Department and they sent a unit to make sure we were okay.    It proved to me that their technology works quickly!

Lastly, I had Alert install some home audio equipment and had the same level of service and a great outcome.

"The tech installed a new alarm system which is a more up to date system compared to my old . He also removed my old system. He also answered many questions and the taught me how to use the system - including how to use it remotely.

"The only negative is their estimate on how long it takes to install a new system properly. It is more time consuming than the instructions indicate. Nevertheless the equipment is fine, service superior and I would not even consider going with any other security system. "I contacted CSI and spoke to Rob.  We discussed the situation that was driving my request for information on these individuals and he suggested what he thought I needed and quoted me a very fair price.  He also gave me some advice and recommendations on other things i could look into which was very helpful.  I sent him the info he requested (names, approx ages and/or birthdates) and he said he would have something back to me within 24 hours.  That same evening, he emailed me letting me know my initial 3 reports were ready.  The info was comprehensive and everything I was looking for.  There was a question on one of the individuals and before Rob just pulled a report and charged me for the wrong person, he called so we could discuss a little to make sure he had identified the correct person.  I received my final reports quickly and the info was great.  I highly recommend CSI, I think Rob was great to deal with and will not hesitate to use them again in the future if needed!

"The whole process went very well. I visited their show room first and they showed me various door options as well as spring systems and openers. Forest came out quickly and gave me a quote which I accepted. They got the city permit for the job and we scheduled the work. The installers called the day before to confirm the appointment and said they would on the job at 9:00 am. They showed up right on time (8:55 am)and we went over the details of the work to be done. The had the old door and opener remove in 45 minutes and the total job was done in less than 3 hours. Forest hauled away all the old equipment and cleaned up any loose material (nuts, bolts, screws) in the garage or driveway. Before leaving we went over all the control systems and how to manually open and close the door if electric power is lost. I an very pleased with the door and Forest's workmanship and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to others."
