"I would not recommend this vendor. Currently they are my monitoring service. Although the service is fine, the employees are rude and do not value their customers. I have had constant headaches with dealing with them over the past year. Examples include them keeping my ex-husband on my service and billing me for his own home monitoring, incorrect charges, false billing for their 'service plan' that I never signed up for, and worst of all just being plain old rude on the phone. I either do not get calls back when I leave a message or when promised a call back...nothing. I currently have a dispute for $30. They would rather argue and call me a liar than refund me the $30. I was told that I could speak with the owner. I left a message and no returned call. After being a loyal customer for nearly 5 years, I am not worth $30 to them. Although it will cost me more money than the $30, I plan on finding another provider who values their customers. Can't wait to cancel service and let all know what they are about to embark on if they sign on with Alert. Their service is fine in terms of setting up appointments and monitoring, but I wish their future clients luck when dealing with the human side of doing business with them."

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"The sales rep was very professional, I felt comfortable and didn't feel pressured. He was able to fit my security needs, answering all the questions, and was able to put me in the right package. The install was prompt and professional, because the system is completely wireless, they didn't have to make any holes or a mess in my home. Security system operated flawlessly, and the installer explained it to use very thoroughly. Overall it was an incredible experience, unlike that I've had with cable companies."

"We recently worked with LSVG Electrics to install our Philips Hue smart recessed lights into our family room. To start, the electricians from LSVG were fantastic. They arrived promptly and began by walking through the plan, answering any and all questions along the way. Since we had no existing ceiling lights they had to run all new wiring, map out the placement perfectly, and handle ceiling cuts. They did all this flawlessly - so well done we did not even need to patch or repaint the ceiling. The fixtures sit completely flush, and the Philips Hue system provides incredible brightness as well as amazing color customization. LSVG made sure all wiring was up to code, provided a warranty and verified the lights were all communicating properly with each other as well as the Hue app before leaving. They cleaned up as much as they could of any slight mess they created during installation. The whole process was very seamless and stress-free! We look forward to workin with them again."

"Things couldn't have gone any smoother. They performed excellent work and were very attentive to my needs. I met with Joe on a Friday and he explained the packages he had along with showing me the quality of the video taken by their cameras. I was very impressed. I told him I would have to think it over so he gave me his business card along with his cell phone number. He also stated if I went with his company, installation could occur in about 2 weeks. The only issue I had was the 90-day warranty and the quarterly fee covering the equipment and labor. Joe and his supervisor quickly extended the warranty to 1-year and told me I could start paying the quarterly fee after the 1-year was up if I wanted to. After I signed the contract, I was pleasantly surprised to learn my installation would take place 5 days later. Joe and his installation crew arrived early and went over the installation plans. Joe stated he would call me when the installation was over to find out how if there were any problems. The crew worked tirelessly in the cold and their work was impeccable - not a wire in sight - and they did an excellent job of cleaning up any debris. After the installation, the crew installed the necessary software on my computer, tablet, and phone. After making sure I could operate the software on each device, they proceeded to show me how to record and export the recordings in the event I wanted to save them. Overall, I was very pleased with the work Joe and his installation crew performed. I will be highly recommending them to anyone in need of security cameras or alarms. They did an excellent job!!"
