While cleaning up the workspace I felt a ping on my phone and I discovered Ricky had refunded me the fees I'd paid him to evaluate the appliance, EVEN AFTER HOURS OF WORK, miles of travel for parts, and even INSTALLING SOME NEW PARTS. I was worried about hiring a new appliance technician, but I'll be calling Ricky for any appliance needs!"

"I have a fairly new Samsung dryer (2 years old) and it just stopped working.  I called E Appliance and they scheduled a time that was good for me, came when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part on their truck, and  fixed it immediately, and cleaned up after they left.  The also explained the issue and how I can make sure it doesn't happen again.
