"This is the second house they've roofed fort us. These guys are top notch. They showed up on time, every time. We own a 100 year old house that has decorative trim. They understood this and knew exactly what need to be done in order to preserve the historic nature of the house. When the job was completed they kept in touch making sure we hadn't had any issues. We will definitely be using them for all our home projects. They are honest, friendly, knowledgeable and really take pride in what they do. A+"

"They did an excellent job replacing the window and all the wood trim inside and out. They matched my paint and were very professional. Although it was a little more involved with some rotten wood, they stood by their estimate. Professional, on-time, work performed exceeded my expectations."

"Very reliable everyone one was very curious and dependable. They even did some extras to help get our home ready to sell so they went over and beyond."

"The process went very well. The tech removed the mortar and broken bricks. re-established the mortar and put in new bricks. He even repaired other ares that were showing signs of possible failure. The Tech's name was Juan and he did a fantastic job all in four hours."

"Pretty well. Walter was anxious to start and they got the outside stucco, trim and repairs done quickly and well. The house looks very nice. The job took about a month. The inside did not go quite as smoothly. I did not know from day to day which rooms the painters were going to be in, so it made planning difficult for getting things out of their way--paintings off the walls, clothing out of the closets--things I prefer to do myself. The painters did not appear to be used to doing alot of work inside houses in which the owners were living and were not quite as careful as I would have liked. The sheet rock repair was well done and the paint looks good. They tended to borrow some of our tools and things from the garage to do work without asking, but were honest. Clean up wasn't quite as good as i would have liked. Walter was easy to get a hold of but communication with Walter did not always appear to get to his crew. When things came up on the job, and they always do, he was easy to work with. Over all, I would hire them again, but more heavily supervise the inside work. I was not home during the day."

"Jordan mowed and weedeated and trimmed my trees. I asked him to permanently mow for me. My yard looks awesome ??"

"I hired universal construction for interior remodel and overall it went well . There was lots of work to be done as far as customizing all the changes how I wanted them . There was great communication between I and Mr. Solis as far as what I needed and wanted to get done ."
