He redid the shower and all of the bathroom. Everything he has done he has done with great expertise. He will help find solutions and help with designs. "Install went great. We love our new door. The installers took the time to do it right. They removed the original door without making a big mess or just "banging it out" it was removed smartly to not damage anything that was supposed to remain. They then assessed what they had to work with and built up where needed to make the install of the new door as secure as possible. The new door went in smoothly and looks fantastic. Al throughout the install they would answer any question I had or my children had. They also took care to make sure the alarm wires and doorbell cam were protected from harm during the install and that they worked as expected when done. Although they were pricier than the average I am convinced our new door will outlast us in this home. I would recommend them and will use them again."

"When American Jewel installed the door I gave them A grades as I thought they did an excellent job.  But after using the door for a few weeks I noticed the dead bolt didn't close completely, but only about 2/3, and also noticed the screen door was no longer aligned properly, so although it closed and looked right, the door was slightly off and it would no longer lock.  I called American Jewel and they scheduled the installer to return and make the minor corrections.  The installer did not show up.  When I called American Jewel again, they did not return my calls. I complained to Angie's List, and via their complaint resolution process American Jewel contacted me.  They were very apologetic and attributed it to a mix up, accepted responsibility and sent the installer to my home to make the minor corrections.  I would use American Jewel again, despite this hiccup, as my wife and I like the door they installed, feel we received excellent value, and ultimately American Jewel followed through on the minor problems I described and corrected them all."
