"Unexpected weekend emergency with my 1 and a 1/2 year old garage door cables. New home construction. 1 cable became slack & came off track. The door was cockeyed & non functioning. I called the original installers who mentioned my 1 year warranty was expired. Their emergency service charge & 2 hour minimum seemed a bit much for me. I called 2 other companies whose voice mail recording stated they were full & I could not leave a message. Searching on line for a repair company, I saw Matty's, who was just over an hour away from me. With nothing to lose at this point, I contacted Matthew. Explained the situation & sent pictures at his request. He said he could be there in 2 hours, knowing at least over 1 hour was drive time. Matthew showed up on time & immediately diagnosed the problem. He painstakingly made all the necessary repairs & adjustments. Matthew went above & beyond my expectations at a most reasonable price.
