"We scheduled a 4 pm appointment. By 4:45, no one showed up or called to confirm their whereabouts. I had to call Metro Air and ask what was going on. The secretary said she will dispatch a technician to my house. The technician did not arrive until 5:30. He was kind and was able to fix the capacitor, which was causing the issue. About a week later, their office followed up. I told the lady that the a/c was on, but now there was another sound coming from the system. The secretary indicated that the technician would call me that day to discuss and set up a follow up visit to address the issue. No one ever called."

I didn't get a lecture about how old my unit was or my slacking on changing the filters. Some guys show up talking about how busy they are and make you feel like you're bothering them with your problem. Not metro Service. Instead he was patient in explaining to me and my son how things worked and what was needed : condenser capacitor, compressor hard start kit and over a lb of coolant. Total quality and cost was absolutely reasonable. When it is time to replace my unit I will surely give Metro Service a call."
