"First of all, I found them as a "Big Deal" last year, to come out and check out my A/C unit. They were very professional. They discovered a small freon leak, added some parts, and freon, and went on their way. I was impressed, wrote a nice review, and even recommended them to my son, and his wife, who used them to check out the A/C at their new(to them) house, recently.
Well, before I could call them out for this year's check, my unit stopped blowing cold air. When they came out, it was discovered that the leak had gotten much worse, and given the cost of adding more of the old style freon(the unit was over 20 years old), I decided to replace the unit. They showed me it would be more efficient, for my heating, if I also went with a heat pump, so I opted for that, as well. The installers were there two days later, and quickly installed both the inside, and outside units. Now after they left, I discovered a water leak. The inside unit sits right over my bathtub, and it was dripping, fairly significantly. The first attempt to fix it didn't work, so Larry and his man came out, quickly discovered the real problem, which was a blocked condensate tube, and fixed it. While they were here, they also discovered that when the unit shut off, there was an odd grinding noise, which I'd noticed, but hadn't thought much about. They made an adjustment to the fan, and voila, no noise. Of course, there was no charge for this visit, and they even waived the original service call fee. In addition, the new unit included a programmable thermostat.
Overall, I'm very impressed with Larry, and his company, and will continue to recommend them wherever possible. They are knowledgable, professional, do quality work, and when something does go wrong, they fix it as soon as possible. For any service company, it doesn't get any better than that.

"Mechanical Comfort Systems installed a new heating and air system when my upstairs (where all the bedrooms are located) system went out in the heat of the summer on a Thursday (left for work and it was working... got home and it was 90 degrees upstairs). I had another HVAC contractor out before calling Mechanical Comfort Systems and their proposal was significantly more expensive for a lesser system than I received from Mechanical Comfort Systems (the efficiency of the system was an upgrade from existing, and other company quoted replacement with same efficiency as existing). The system was replaced quickly (on a Saturday), and the installers were great, very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. During the freeze this February, I had a water pipe freeze and burst. Mechanical Comfort Systems came out the day after, even though driving conditions were still terrible and all my friends in similar situation were being told it'd be several days to a week before a plumber could come unless they paid some ridiculously expensive emergency fee... I recommended Mechanical Comfort Systems to three other people I knew that also had frozen pipes burst, and they all had them come after fix theirs after I gave them Mechanical Comfort Systems information. I strongly recommend Mechanical Comfort Systems to anyone needing any plumbing or HVAC work. I'll definitely use them again... although I hope not anytime soon ?"

"I had all of the ductwork in my home replaced by Dana and his team about 2 years ago. They successfully achieved all requests I had on air flow to rooms and overall ductwork replacement. It was in middle of summer 2019, hotter than you can imagine inside my house even with 2 portable a/c units running in LR trying to mitigate some of the heat while waiting on my a/c company to help me. Stacy came out quickly diagnosed the problem right away, my unit was dead (I had been nursing it over last few years) but I couldn’t purchase a new unit until I got in a place to fund a house remodel. "Electrician on Call was offering a special to install a ceiling fan for 76.50. It was a little difficult to get a representative to answer the phone to schedule the appointment.  However, once I did the service was well and went very smoothly.  They offered to perform the services the same day or even the next morning.  We elected to have the services performed the next morning.  Our outdoor ceiling fan on the cover patio was about 6 years old and really rusty.  We purchased a new outdoor ceiling fan from Lowes.  New, in the box the electician that came out to our home assembled and replaced the new fan with the old fan that had been hanging.  It took them approximently 1 hour. The elcetrican was very knowledgable and friendly.  We are very pleased with the installation and service that we received.  We even asked he electician to provide us a quote for other electrical services that we wanted to get done around the house.  He provided us wih a rough estimate and followed up with an actual quote within 48 hours.  I would highly recommend using this company."
