LONG STORY SHORT, I finally show up to help out, and the job is already complete. The difficult carpet angles I needed with two different colors, the layout in an area we were unfamiliar with, and the expertise of their team coming back out to fix some screwups on the part of a TOTALLY DIFFERENT GROUP was unbelievable. They came out without question and fixed someone else's messes! Didn't charge me a dime extra... Our entire team was absolutely shocked. We cant wait to come back out to that area and work with this crew again!!!"
