"A tree fell into our in ground pool- the liner was ripped and all of the water in the pool was gone! The pool remained empty during the fall and winter months, creating a real mess. The severe weather left the bottom of our pool filled with leaves and mud- a real mess! It was too much for my husband to handle. I contacted Mirage pools. Mike, the owner of Mirage Pools contacted me immediately. We spoke over the phone, I sent pictures of the damage. Mike came out gave us an estimate to remove the debris, replace the liner and install a winter cover at the end of the summer, Mike never wavered from his original price quote despite the complicated clean up he encountered. He was always professional, always on time and was in constant communication via phone or text. Our pool liner was installed and it is absolutely beautiful. We also needed a new filter, a cost that I did not expect! Mike installed the new filter and allowed me to pay off the cost of the filter over 2 months. Where do you find service like this?
